Death of Minnie Jarrett: Renewed appeal for witnesses

Detectives from our Major Crime Unit continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of 21-year-old Minnie Jarrett following an altercation outside of Buster’s Bar on Grand Parade in Skegness at around 1am on Sunday 9 August.  

Rennforde Fletcher, 53, of St Ann’s Hill, Nottingham City, Nottingham appeared at Nottingham Crown Court on Thursday 20 August, charged with manslaughter. He was released on bail with conditions pending a plea hearing on 9 September.  

Detective Chief Inspector Andy McWatt, who is leading the investigation, is appealing for a number of witnesses to come forward. He would like to emphasise that none of the people in these images are suspects, but he believes they may have vital information to help progress this investigation through the judicial process.
